We want every family that opens Little Hearts to feel it was worth it. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to all subscriptions to the Little Hearts of Tawheed service operated by Little Hearts.
How to request a refund
Payments for Little Hearts are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase or most recent renewal:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the order and choose Request a refund.
- Alternatively, contact our support team and we'll help you raise the request with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 30 days
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase or most recent renewal, we can no longer offer a refund for that period. You can still cancel your subscription at any time from your account; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Cancelling vs refunding
Cancelling stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
Refunding returns money you've already paid and (where applicable) ends access immediately.
