Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 June 2026
1. Who you're contracting with
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Little Hearts of Tawheed website, content and subscription service (the "Service"), operated by Little Hearts ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Little Hearts is a digital library of Islamic stories, parent guides, du'a cards, reflection questions and read-aloud audio for parents, teachers and carers to share with children aged 4–8 under adult supervision.
3. Account and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and not misuse the Service.
- No unlawful use, fraud, spam, or infringement of others' rights.
- No copying, republishing, selling, sublicensing, scraping, probing, malware, security interference, reverse engineering, or circumvention of technical limits.
4. Intellectual property
All stories, illustrations, audio recordings, guides, branding and software remain the property of Little Hearts or our licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for personal and household use only.
5. Payments — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or via paddle.net; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for the full terms of our 30-day money-back guarantee.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or repeated serious policy violations.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Little Hearts is established. For payment, billing and refund queries, contact Paddle via paddle.net.
