1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Little Hearts of Tawheed website, content and subscription service (the "Service"), operated by Little Hearts ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. The Service is designed for parents, teachers and carers to share with children aged 4–8 under adult supervision.

3. The Service

Little Hearts is a digital library of Islamic stories, accompanying parent guides, du'a cards, reflection questions and read-aloud audio. New stories are added on a weekly basis subject to our editorial schedule.

4. Account & credentials

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• copy, redistribute, republish, sell or sublicense any story, audio file or guide;
• attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including scraping, probing, introducing malware, or circumventing technical limits);
• reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All stories, illustrations, audio recordings, guides and the underlying software remain the property of Little Hearts (or our licensors). Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for personal and household use only.

7. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or via paddle.net; access continues until the end of the paid period.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update content, or modify features from time to time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or repeated violations of our acceptable-use rules.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Little Hearts is established. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
